Can I bring my own AI model?
Yes. Dedicated and Self hosted are bring-your-own-model — you provide the API key, and Logfox’s MCP-first API keeps agentic workloads cheap, fast, and accurate.
Do you offer self-hosting?
Yes. The Self hosted plan runs entirely on your infrastructure — your data never leaves your network, and SSO is included.
Can you help us migrate?
Yes. Repointing collectors takes five minutes — an hour or two if you have anything weird. Every plan includes a free 1-hour onboarding with an FDE who can write code with you, and for bigger moves we do custom migration work at an affordable rate.
